Homeowner Members in good standing may reserve the clubhouse for family events, birthday parties, or other small gatherings.
How to Reserve:
To better accommodate residents, the Board offers two ways to secure your date:
Option 1: Digital Booking (100% Remote)
- Request Your Date: Email your intent to reserve to reservations@damctx.com or call 210-561-0606. Your date will be placed on Pending Hold.
- Complete Within 3 Business Days: Once availability is confirmed and the invoice is set up, you must:
- Pay the $150 rental fee through the homeowner portal
- Submit signed documents (Reservation Form, Waiver, and Renter’s Responsibilities & Checklist)
- Security Deposit: A $250 deposit will be placed on your account as a pending memo charge and removed after the clubhouse is inspected and cleared following your event.
If the required items are not completed within 3 business days, the pending reservation will be released.
Option 2: In-Person Booking (Traditional)
- Visit the Office: Diamond Association Management, 14603 Huebner Rd., Bldg. 40, San Antonio, Texas 78230.
- Immediate Confirmation: To secure the date in person, you must provide two separate checks ($150 rental fee and $250 refundable deposit) and sign the required forms during your visit.
Booking Window: Residents may now book any available date through the end of 2026. Management requires a minimum of 3 business days to process all reservations.
Capacity & Time Slots:
- Guest Limit: 50 people maximum
- Duration: 6 hours total (1 hour setup, 4-hour event, 1 hour cleanup)
- Available Blocks (Tue-Sun):
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Note: Only one reservation per day is allowed. No reservations on Mondays to allow for scheduled cleaning. Certain dates may be blacked out for community events or at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
Fees & Usage Rules:
- Fees: $150 rental fee and $250 refundable security deposit
- Shared Amenities: The BBQ Pit, Picnic Area, and Playground are shared community amenities. Renters and guests may use these areas on a first-come, first-served basis, but they remain open to all residents during your event.
- Pool Area: The clubhouse rental does not include the pool. The pool remains a Swim at Your Own Risk facility with no lifeguards on duty and cannot be closed for private parties.
